     The Corner Jazz Club
Probably the most happening place for foreign students, teachers and the younger expat crowd. The DJ plays a mixture of retro and modern popular music and some Salsa too! A great place to meet new people and dance the night away.
     New York Bar
Usually filled with business people who stay in Qingdao for a short period. The major hotels seem to point their foreign guests to this place. Drinks are quite pricy, but there is a good live band everyday. Sometimes they have dancers and simple shows as well.
     QBar
Modern décor and a lounge type feel make this a nice place to hang out with colleagues and friends. Also has a great live band Tuesday to Sunday with Monday being Latin night where a Latin DJ places a variety of Latin dance music. Drinks are mid priced, but its worth going to.
     Le Bang (The French Bar)
One of the oldest expat bars in Qingdao. This place also caters to the younger expat crowd. They also serve food until a late hour. The music is from a wide variety of pop and dance and also has a dance floor. You can dance the night away downstairs or have a few drinks and bar food with friends upstairs.
