LIBS (Linntec International Business Service Co., Ltd.) is the
in-house consultancy firm of the QGCC (Qingdao General
Chamber of Commerce) a non-state, self administrated
business association in Qingdao. LIBS facilitates foreign
businesses to set up in Qingdao by providing consultation,
business partners and seminars on intercultural communication.
It also publishes the magazine “Privat” which is distributed to
many chambers of Commerce in Shanghai and Beijing. This
company is assisted by a German management consultant
chosen by the CIM(Centre of International Migration and
Development, Frankfurt)
